Carreli Jeans
Family-run Montreal denim since 1989, and the other half of our jeans wall. Amarettos in Dundas carries Carreli women's jeans beside FDJ French Dressing, bought in the sizes our customers actually wear rather than the ones a chart says they do. Call the shop to ask what is on the rack today.

About the company
Carreli's own history says the label was "founded in 1989 by Daniel Abissidan" and "born from Montreal's rich denim culture." Its signature style reached "one million pairs sold worldwide," and the company is still led by the founder alongside his sons, with "a footprint spanning three continents and over 1,200 curated retailers." Amarettos is one of those retailers.
Why we carry it
FDJ and Carreli overlap a little and differ a lot, which is the point of carrying both. Carreli tends toward a slightly dressier finish: darker washes, a cleaner leg, details that read as a trouser rather than a work jean. For a customer who wants one pair of jeans that goes to lunch and to church, Carreli is often the one that wins the try-on.
What to expect in the fitting room
Stretch with recovery, a rise that sits comfortably, and a leg that's easy to hem. Carreli runs true to its own sizing but not necessarily to FDJ's, so if you know your size in one, expect to try a size either way in the other. We'll bring both.
Ask before you drive
Washes and sizes sell through by season. Call (905) 627-1150 with your size and we'll tell you what Carreli is on the rack today.
